ESE Token Migration Guide: From ETH to BNB

Why are we migrating?

This migration is a structural step, not a cosmetic one.

ESE is entering a new stage, and we want to make the token experience simpler and smoother for everyone. Having ESE across three different networks creates extra complexity for users and makes things less convenient overall. This migration helps us simplify that setup and make the experience more seamless going forward.

The migration will take place over the 45 days. We’re sharing this early so everyone has enough time to prepare, and so the process can be completed smoothly.

Migration ratio: 1:1

You will receive the same amount of ESE on BNB Chain as you currently hold on Ethereum.

How to migrate your tokens

Before proceeding, please read this carefully.

The eesee team will never:

DM you about the migration
ask for your private keys, seed phrase, or wallet password
send you “urgent migration links”
ask you to send tokens to any wallet address

Only use:

the official migration page
verified social accounts: @eesee_io
the official Discord and Telegram communities

How to stay safe:

bookmark the official X page
verify contract addresses
double-check all URLs
ask in #migration-support if you are unsure

If someone DMs you pretending to be an eesee team member, it is a scam.

For CEX users (Binance, KuCoin, Bybit, etc.)

No action is required.

Centralized exchanges will handle the migration automatically.

What to expect:

your balance will remain unchanged on a 1:1 basis
the token will be automatically updated to the BNB Chain version

For self-custody users (MetaMask, Ledger, etc.)

Action required: migrate via the official bridge.

Step 1: Go to the migration page

Step 2: Connect your wallet

MetaMask, WalletConnect, Ledger, etc.

Step 3: Approve the contract

one-time approval is required
ETH gas fees will apply

Step 4: Initiate the swap

Enter the amount and confirm the transaction.

Note: Swap can take up to 20 minutes

Step 5: Switch to BNB Chain

Add the network manually or via Chainlist.

Step 6: Add the new token

Paste the BNB Chain contract address:

Token: ESE

Decimals: 18

Your tokens will then appear in your wallet.

Make sure you have BNB in your wallet to cover future gas fees on BNB Chain.

For stakers

Note: This information applies if you stake $ESE in the Ethereum and Blast pools

If your staking period ends after the next 45 days

Steps:

Wait until your staking period ends
If your staking period is ending soon, contact us at support@eesee.io or reach out in the migration-support channel and provide the wallet address where you want to receive your ESE on BNB Chain
Your tokens will be sent to the wallet address you provide

Note: this process will be automated at a later stage, and we will inform users as soon as it becomes available.
