- Right-click the start (windows symbol) place it at the bottom-left corner of the screen next to the search bar in the taskbar
- Select Run from the menu and type %localappdata%\Microsoft\office\16.0\Lync folder
- Delete the sip profile folder next and go to the Tracing folder and delete all of its files
- Please do not delete the folder altogether; keep it intact
