This week, a number of works is being carried out aimed at improving the functionality in the seller's personal account, updating the store settings and creating a mobile version.

The seller rating module is being finalized. Each ECRO seller has a rating based on the number of sales and customer reviews.

Positive reviews leading to an increase in the rating are influenced by such factors as the company name, by which it is easy to find your page on both the ECRO website and on the Internet, up-to-date information about goods and services, product quality, the seller's activity in the chat with the buyer, and also the delivery time. New customers can quickly make a choice based on the reviews whether they want to place an order in your store.

To increase sales, you need to respond to customer inquiries, maintain customer loyalty, help resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely manner. A high seller rating of 4.7-5 stars boosts sales.

Statistics is your business assistant!

The statistics module is being optimized, while a module for collecting statistics on promotions is being developed.

You will be able to view and analyze the number of new orders in your personal account, track the growth in sales and the number of customers, see the amount of orders and the top list of the best-selling products. The data will be synchronized and displayed in your personal account in real time. Using statistics, the seller understands which products are in demand, which promotions have a positive effect on sales, as well as how to improve their service. 

The module for collecting statistics of promotions will help you analyze the advertising offers of competitors, improve the performance of your store and set competitive prices and discounts for goods.

Personal store settings

The settings module in the seller's personal account is being finalized, including:

  • Categories of goods, with the help of which it will be easier for the buyer to find the necessary thing in your store;
  • Improvement of the product catalog, which can be customized, depending on the characteristics of the products;
  • Revitalizing the search on the store page to save time finding the required products;
  • Displaying information about the number of sold products.

Adding items to archive

The design of the archive is being developed. The seller will be able to add products to the archive if they are no longer in stock, while the buyer will save time for questions about irrelevant products. Archived items are not displayed when searching. The seller will have access to the page for the archived products via a direct link. 

Smartphone sales

59% of people around the world use smartphones. This is the most convenient and easiest way to find products and services on the go. Our experts are working on creating a mobile version so that you can sell items and make purchases on the ECRO marketplace, wherever you are. The mobile version will be located on a separate domain and have its own design.
