ECRO Marketplace Digest

This is a report that outlines the activities we have carried out on the ECRO Marketplace. ECRO Marketplace is a platform for interaction between sellers and buyers from around the world.

We are optimizing and developing the following functionality in the personal sellers’ account:

The module for automated loading of goods in XML format is being finalized. This feature allows you to upload a wide range of products to your store's catalog from your device. You need to fill in an XML file with data according to the template, visit the seller's page on the ECRO website, open the section "My Products" and select "Automatic download". Next, you need to click on the "Download" button. 

After that, the data will be imported, and you will see a notification that the information in the catalog has been updated. You can flexibly customize product loading, choose which fields to update and which to leave unchanged. The adjusted settings are retained until you change them again.

Unloading of goods. It is possible to select and install a photo of the product displayed on the category page. Fields for filling in data when creating a product card are simplified.

Notifications. Improvements have been made to the notification module. You can configure notifications in your personal account "My ECRO" in the "Notifications" section by enabling or disabling the available types of mailings, such as:

• Message notifications;
• Changes to order status;
• Promotions and discounts from stores.

Statistics. A section “Dashboard” with store statistics has been developed and is added to the “My store” section, so that you can track statistics on the number of orders, the number of customers and the number of orders. In this section, you can see a list of the most recent processed products and TOP products that are most popular in your store. Statistics help you monitor your sales and improve the quality of your service, increasing the growth of your company.

Payment processing in EDC. In the "Finance" section, we have added a "My balances" section, which displays all the transactions you have made, including EDC transactions. The design of the page for accepting payments in EDC and the use of EDC coins to install cashback, discount certificates and promotions for buyers is being developed.

Updates for buyers:

• Improvements to the recommendation section on the store reviews page are made. The system will automatically analyze your preferences and offer products that may be useful and interesting to you.
• Improvements to the order creation module are made. When you checkout an item in the cart, you are taken to a user-friendly page where you need to fill in the necessary information: delivery address, method and currency of payment. After that, you just need to place an order, which only takes a few minutes.
• The "Buy Now" functionality is implemented. Now on the product page, an instant purchase button “Buy Now” has been added, by clicking on which the checkout page is open.
