Shipping

A shipping method is one of the important things when selling products or providing services. ECRO Marketplace is a trading platform for thousands of sellers, and each store owner chooses the shipping method himself, taking responsibility for ensuring that the goods are shipped and delivered to the buyer on time.

Therefore, we are finalizing the module for adding and processing a shipping method on your store page.

At the moment, a list of all possible delivery services has been added. To select a service, you need to open the page of your store on the website, specify the city/country and select from the list the delivery method that you will use when sending goods.

You can save several options so that later it would be more convenient for you to choose a delivery service.

Product page

Improvements are being made on the product page, allowing you to add a product/service name, description, photos, price, and specify different characteristics:

Reviews

Each seller is interested in having positive reviews for their store, because they help increase the rating. ECRO developers are working on a reviews page for the store, thanks to which customers can leave comments, share opinions about the work of the store, the speed of order fulfillment and the quality of the goods. You need to provide the most comfortable and safe service so that your store will receive more positive reviews and attract even more customers. Customers will be able to get more information about your store and make the right choice.

Dispute and arbitration 

Last week, the site integrated the dispute and arbitration functionality through which disputes between buyers and sellers will be resolved. We are working on the functionality of adding images to the dispute chat, using which the buyer will be able to provide photos of the goods for which the dispute has been opened, and the seller will be able to provide the necessary receipts for the shipment of the goods.

Push notifications

A push notifications module is being developed that allows sellers to instantly respond to incoming orders and keep abreast of all changes on the site, while buyers - to follow new trends and promotions.

Push notifications will appear at the top or bottom of your computer screen, depending on the OS, and in the quick bar on your mobile device. By clicking on the notification, you will immediately be taken to a page with detailed information.
