✦.˚In the first meeting we already do a conversation about RECEPTIONIST and how to be a GUEST too˚.✦
𖤐 First, we already learn about greetings. It's the way or the basic things when you met with the guest. You should welcome them politely, giving them smile and don't forget to use hand gesture.
Example, "Good morning Ms/Mrs/Ma'am/Sir/Mr, welcome to the 71 vocational high school."
𖤐Second, we learn about asking & helping the guest. After greetings to the guest, you can ask them if they need any help or not. You need to confirm it too them.
Example, "Do you need any help?" ; "Is there anything i can do?" ; "What can i do for you" + Ms/Ma'am/Mrs/Sir/Mr (depends who is the subject)
𖤐Third, is about confirmation. After asking if they need help or not once more.
Example, "I would like to confirm, if you still require any further asisstance. Please let me know if there's anything else i can help you with"
𖤐And the last, don't forget to say thankyou. Say thankyou as a way to express appreciaton for the guest's time.
Example, "Thankyou for your time, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything else. We're always here to help you"

On the second meeting, we already practice about entering the classroom.
𖤐First of all to entering the classroom is knock the door and say excuse.
𖤐Then, ask for teachers permission.
𖤐Third, tell your purpose to the teacher and the students.
𖤐Last, don't forget to say thankyou.

"I'm here on behalf of student council to inform everyone about an upcoming event. It will take place at school yard, and we would love for all of you to participate. We'll be providing the details as soon as possible, but if you have any questions you can contact us +62 9292 99999"
From the example above, especially underlined words doesn't have to be used exactly as it is. You're welcome to use other text or wording if it fits better! You don't need to stick to the example i provided. Feel free to expand or change the text based o your needs. Never forget to always smiling and give good hand gestures.
