We are currently looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant to join an international client whose expertise focuses on making electric mobility simpler, faster, and more accessible for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O projects from requirements gathering through go-live and stabilisation.
* Conduct business-process analysis and facilitate workshops with stakeholders across finance, operations, sales, and other business functions.
* Translate business needs into functional requirements and effective solution designs.
* Configure and, where required, customise Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, and Reporting.
* Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migrations, and extension development.
* Advise business stakeholders on ERP and Microsoft Dynamics best practices.
* Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Coordinate and support user training activities.
* Provide post-go-live support, coaching, and continuous improvement recommendations.
* Produce and maintain functional documentation, specifications, and test plans.
* Contribute to solution design and technical discussions across Dynamics 365 and related enterprise systems.
Requirements:
* Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
* Strong understanding of finance and/or operational ERP processes.
* Proven experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
* Strong experience in functional design, configuration, and customisation.
* Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
* Experience working with integrations and data migration.
* Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
* Experience facilitating business and technical workshops.
* Experience working with cloud-based enterprise solutions.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and other project participants.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of functional solutions.
* Experience supporting testing, UAT, user training, and post-go-live activities.
Nice to have:
* Experience with the Dynamics 365 Asset Management module.
* Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
* Experience with additional Dynamics 365 modules or related Microsoft business applications.
