Hi, welcome to my first fic. And the first fic is for High School DxD X Naruto.
Wow, That's really brave isn't it...
My inspiration come from the fact that almost all fic in this fandom is about Naruto kicking ass while Issei is relegated to... punchline, trash, nothing or worse... bashing.
In this fic, Issei IS the main character and He will keep his perversity. If you think that Issei is less perverted than Canon, there will be a reason for that.
For readers that doesn't want to see Issei, there are other fic that you can see in this fandom (Greater than majority, in fact this website only lists 38 english-fic out of 756 english-fic that includes Issei in the Character filter. So you have many other choices).
This fic is for readers that wants to see struggle of Issei being Issei influenced by Naruto-verse in the DxD world. Because of that, this will be written in first person view of Issei. If needed, I will add third person view to flesh the lore and to better understand the surrounding world, but ONLY if it is really needed.
For readers that wants to see Naruto, don't worry, you will see Naruto. And by that I mean not Naruto as a character that is integrated into DxD-verse from birth or some OC that is descendant of Naruto. It will be Naruto from the Elemental Nations.

That's the general impression I got when I first met her.
With sun-kissed long blond hair, light tanned skin, and black-orange clothes. She really gave me the impression of a sunflower.
My parents likened her to a fox. They were not wrong, With some weird birthmarks on her cheeks similar to whiskers and mischievous blue eyes, she really fits the characteristic of a fox to a tee. If the fox could eat half a dozen ramen bowls in one sitting that is.
When she laughed though —so joyful it looked as if she was the happiest person in the world— accompanied with pig-tailed blond hair and those eyes —brighter than even the sky—. That's when I knew I was wrong.
She was not a sunflower. She was a sun, emitting rays of sunshine after an endless storm ...and I was the sunflower that cannot help but be attracted to it.
When she showed me those brilliant smile —so dazzling it looked as if I had offered her the world— head tilting and cheek flushed. Light giggle coming from those lovely lips, one thing came into my mind...
...I wanted to see those smile directed at me for the rest of my life
Well, that's a really short chapter...
Yeah, It's short because this is only a prologue. Don't worry, the rest of the chapters will be longer than this... Hopefully.
*gasp, but... but... this is DxD, Where is my Harem? Where is my waifus!
Haha... yeah No. In my reading experience, usually harem stories :
1. Enter one heroine
2. Problem appears concerning her that somehow only MC can solve
3. MC solve it, heroine said "Oh, he cares about me!". Harem+1 get
4. Back to step 1 with different heroine. Rinse and Repeat.
In other words, standar LN/WN crap.
So yeah, this fic will only be a single pairing. but it will not be instant ("Hey I just met you, I think I'm in love! You want to give birth to my child? Awesome!"). Issei will meet obstacle along the way such as hormones, drama, jealousy and other realistic crap. Oh, and Trauma, never forget Trauma...
By the way, in this fic Issei WON'T become a devil and he will stay as Human. Consequently, This is a warning to Rias fanboy, I neither like Rias nor Bashing fic. So to compromise I will mention little about her. I wouldn't bash her nor would I worship her. She will only play little importance in this fic. Also It will not heavily involve Devil faction. Again as I have already stated above. If you don't like it, there are many wonderful stories that are invoving them in this fandom or in DxD fandom
*gasp, but... but... this is DxD, many canon plot is related to Issei become devil in Rias' peerage.
To quote Azazel, "The world moves even without a God." Do you think Riser will wait for Issei to become a devil to accelerate his marriage to Rias? Kokabiel waiting for Issei after he stole Excalibur? Hell, Khaos Brigade just skulking around? Of course not! Every character in DxD is alive. They breathe, think and most importantly, take action. Every action taken keeps the World spinning and the Plot moving.
It derails from canon plot? From the moment character from Naruto came into DxD world, It is already moving off the Canon 'track'. Where does it go? Well, I'll keep it as a surprise.
So maybe you are wondering why I want to write in DxD fandom if I strip it from Harem, Rias and Devil faction... It's because I love the setting. The world where EVERY supernatural is true and still going on until this day?! where God gives humanity tools to make humans on equal ground with those supernatural faction?! Imagine the possibilities! Shinto, Hindu, Norse, Greek, Celtic, Buddha. Imagining how they interact in the modern world keeps giving me inspiration, so many ideas!
So, That's all I can say, I'm sorry if It is longer than the real content. I just want to give clarification here so readers don't get angry If they feel their time wasted because they don't agree with the content of this fic. I promise next chapter the real content will be longer than Author Notes.

Issei should win this if we are using the current version that can spawn dividing dragons , use ophis powers and abuse how OP his boosted gear actually is. i mean he beat Rizevim (while amped by ophis powers so idk if we allow him to use this power) who is waaaay above serafall leviathan who could delete japan by as she put it "sparkling"

Planet buster really. The battle between Great Red and Trihexa was gonna end the world. DxD doesn't really have much feats all we know is X stronger than Y. Naruto should stomp him. Also, I doubt Issei is stronger than Serafall who by statements is a country level and has feats of freezing a part of the underworld. These are the level Maous operate on.

Yes and at some point no. He is like a battery and the breast of women are energy for him. If he fight against women with big breast he get good power ups. He also has some other abilities for a fight against women like Dress Break, which allowed him to destroy the clothes of women and makes them naked.
Issei has some weird abilities, but on the other point he has some dangerous abilities too, like Penetrate which allowed him to bypass the durability of the enemy and nullifies the abilities, or in the novel he has some kind of flames who burns the enemy instantly to ash and leave them in this state, even if someone regenerate from that level. It was created to beat immortals like Riser Phenix. I would say even in the novel Naruto is far stronger in the mos stats, but it is a dangerous fight, even for him. Issei ist probably just a annoying, pervert main charakter, but he should be not underestimated.
Tbh. DxD is just more fanservice, but still they have some interessting charakters with some insane Hax and resistances.
Naruto get blitzed by Issei, before he can react. The only 2 points Naruto have are better durability and power (Naruto should be around moonlevel at best, more multi-continent level)
Durability get bypassed by Penetrate and his attacks can be dogde by Issei without much effort.

@caocao: DxD is all hype, and practically no feats. Even Ophis, Great Red, and Trihexa/666 are only Country level at best scaling wise. That's barely Kage level. Even if we use Issei statements of being Solar System level, Naruto surpassed that the moment he created Bijuu Sage Mode. Even OS V1 Cloak Naruto slaughters the perv.
They have FTL speedfeats and insane hax which negates other abilities, bypasses durability and copy other abilities.
Also lol at Solar System Issei. You should make a difference in the Novel between hyperbole and feats in a fight.
Naruto his only advantage is his better DC and durability, but that doesen´t help since Issei can bypass via penetrate Naruto his durability to hurt him. Also how should Naruto hit Issei? Naruto isn´t even LS speedwise.
If we would make speed equal then Naruto could kill Issei, because Issei his dura is far below of Naruto his DC and he doesen´t even have regeneration by himself.
If we uses Anime version then Naruto solos the verse, otherwise in the nove DxD verse stomps the Narutoverse via speed and hax advantage.

Neither Issei, nor Naruto is solar system, or higher. Both failed by their power to shown such a level. Or did you see that Naruto his punches create a shockwave that affected at least the planet? I can use this logic with Sairaorg Bael too, which fists in his RRLRIP-Mode break a dimensional hole.

What do you want to know about her exactly? She doesen´t have much feats and benefits more from scaling to Great Red. She is not infinite, or better: She isn´t anymore since she loses a huge part of her power, after she was poisened by Samael´s curse. It happend on Volume 11 or 12, i can look up if you wish.
The curse is deadly against any kind of dragons, dragonslayers or other reptilian beings that are, or posesses the power to transfom in a dragon. Ophis was lucky, that she lost "only" a big part of her power.
Also lol, i understand why do you wan´t read it anymore. One reason why Issei get his power ups, is his perversions haha. (It is crap, i know)

Well, we don´t know how far the curse has weaken her. "Infinite" is also a word that fails often in fiction imo. I don´t think DxD is there an exception. If i remember right, same happend with Beyonder who loses his infinite power too (I know is with a comic different, but it happend). I know that doesn´t makes sense at all, that´s why i wouldn´t use the inifnite Term with Ophis, since she fails on that point. But we shouldn´t forget how powerful the curse of Samael is. Other Dragons will die instantly, but she survived. I think a reason why she survived could be "possible" because she is/she has infinite power. But that is more headcanon by myself, lol.
