Double vaginal and double anal are both very possible. Triple anal even, sometimes, though that gets trickier. I've seen double anal and single vaginal, and vice versa. But I've never found a real DVDA scene. It's probably logistically impossible to fit four guys there. With dildos I'm sure it's doable.
