Role Description The Dutch Teacher will deliver engaging, structured online lessons to learners at various proficiency levels, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and organizing lesson materials, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching methods to individual needs and learning styles. The role involves facilitating interactive classes, maintaining clear communication with learners, and contributing to continuous improvement of course content and teaching practices. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent availability for scheduled classes and collaboration with the broader teaching team through digital platforms.
Qualifications
* Strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience designing and delivering Dutch language lessons.
* Cooperation and Coaching abilities, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and supportive guidance for learners.
* Commitment to Personal Development, including ongoing improvement of teaching methods and language education expertise.
* Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch and strong command of English for instruction and communication.
* Experience with online teaching tools, virtual classrooms, and digital learning platforms.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills in a remote work setting.
* Relevant teaching certification or degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
