DustHunterBot

About This Notice

Echo Stone Labs operates DustHunterBot, a mobile application distributed through Google Play. This notice explains, in plain terms, what happens to information when you install and use DustHunterBot. It applies only to the app itself, not to other products we may release or to any external website you reach from inside the app. Reading this page and continuing to use DustHunterBot means you accept the practices set out below.

Categories of Information We Handle

DustHunterBot does not ask you to register an account, and we never request your name, postal address, or payment card details.

The app works with the following categories of data:

  • Device and technical signals such as device model, operating system version, screen resolution, language setting, and coarse time zone.
  • App activity signals such as session length, screens opened, features tapped, and progress counters stored to keep your experience consistent.
  • Diagnostic records generated when something goes wrong, including crash stack traces and performance timings.
  • Advertising identifiers, meaning the resettable Google Advertising ID assigned by your device, where advertising is enabled.

Your gameplay progress and preferences are written to the storage area of your own device. That local copy stays with you and is removed when the app is uninstalled.

Why We Process It

We rely on the above data for a small and specific set of purposes: keeping DustHunterBot running correctly across the wide range of Android hardware in circulation, tracing and repairing crashes, understanding which features are actually used so development effort goes to the right places, protecting the app against fraudulent or automated abuse, and delivering advertising that funds continued free distribution. We do not build marketing profiles about you, and we do not use the collected signals to make automated decisions that produce legal effects.

Vendors and Embedded Services

Certain functions inside DustHunterBot are provided by third parties whose software libraries are compiled into the app. When those components run, the vendor concerned receives data directly under its own privacy terms.

  • Google Play services, which supplies core platform functionality and distribution integrity checks.
  • Analytics providers, which aggregate anonymised usage and stability metrics on our behalf.
  • Advertising networks, which select and measure the ads shown in the app.

Because these vendors act independently for some of their processing, we encourage you to consult their published policies. We do not control the retention schedules they apply to information collected through their own SDKs.

Disclosure to Others

Echo Stone Labs does not sell personal information and does not trade it for money. Disclosure occurs only in the limited situations described here: to the service vendors listed above so that they can perform the function we engaged them for; to a competent authority where a valid legal order, subpoena, or regulatory demand obliges us to respond; where disclosure is genuinely necessary to investigate suspected fraud or to protect the safety of users; and, if Echo Stone Labs is ever acquired or merged, to the successor entity as part of the transferred business assets.

How Long Records Are Kept

Diagnostic and crash records are held for as long as they remain useful for debugging, which in practice is a matter of months rather than years. Aggregated statistics that no longer identify any individual device may be retained indefinitely, since they carry no privacy risk. Data held locally on your handset persists until you clear the app data or uninstall DustHunterBot.

Minors

DustHunterBot is intended for a general audience aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly gather personal information from children below that age. A parent or guardian who believes a child has supplied information to us should write to the contact address below, and we will delete the material without undue delay once the report is verified.

If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you the right to request access to your data, to have inaccurate records corrected, to demand erasure, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests for stability and security work, and consent for personalised advertising, which you may withdraw at any time. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority.

California residents have parallel entitlements under the CCPA and CPRA: to know what categories are collected and shared, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of any sharing treated as a sale for cross-context advertising, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Regardless of where you live, your device settings let you reset or delete the advertising identifier and limit ad personalisation.

Safeguards

Transmissions between the app and our vendors travel over encrypted channels, access to diagnostic dashboards is restricted to authorised personnel, and we keep the volume of collected data deliberately small so that there is less to protect. No system connected to the internet can be guaranteed impenetrable, and we make no absolute promise of security.

Revisions

We may update this notice as DustHunterBot evolves or as legal obligations change. The revised version takes effect when published on our store listing, and substantial changes will be signalled inside the app. Please revisit this page periodically.

Reaching Us

Questions, deletion requests, or complaints about this notice should be sent to tildabeauchampni633@gmail.com, addressed to Echo Stone Labs. Please describe your request clearly so that we can respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 14.09.2026.
