Driving Topless
My wife and I had tickets to an event a few years ago. She was taking an unusually long time to get ready. It was past the time to leave when she came down and I still needed to get ready. She asked me if I still wanted to go or did I want to do something else.
She also stated she was only wearing her dress and had totally shaved. Well this definitely got my mind working. I said that I had thought about asking her if she wanted to ride home from the event naked. She surprised me by saying yes. Then, after reading past stories online and remembering some of the details, I asked her if she would let me tie her hands to the headrest and blindfold her. She again surprised me and said yes and to hurry up and get ready. I did.
She was waiting in her car in the garage with the passenger seat reclined and she was totally naked. Her dress was now neatly folded at her feet. I asked her if I could lock her dress in the trunk and she didn’t like that idea. I proceeded tie her hands behind her head to the headrest in a manner she could easily get out of and blindfolded her.
She looked so hot stretched out in the seat, totally shaved, naked, and excited. We headed out of our neighborhood and out onto some quiet roads in her little convertible. I thought about putting the top down but I didn’t want to push our luck. As we drove on I reached over and rubbed her breasts and pinched her nipples. They were getting really hard and she moaned enjoying ever minute.
We pulled up to a traffic light and an SUV pulled up next to us. They had tinted windows so I don’t know if they looked over and saw my wife in all her naked glory. We drove a little farther and I reached down and spread her legs open a bit. Her pussy was extremely wet. She was enjoying this.
We pulled into a small park and parked in the back of the lot. I asked her if she wanted to walk around naked a bit. She declined as she had not brought her shoes. I untied her hands and took off her blindfold. I took off my shirt and shorts and we fooled around for a bit like two teenagers. After a bit we decided it was time to head home as we had pressed our luck long enough.
The 20 minute drive home was enjoyed still naked and was uneventful.
What a thrill though. This was the one and only time my wife allowed me to do this. When I asked recently if she would like to do it again she said maybe.

People all enjoy different things. Some people like to drive with the windows down while others like to listen to their radios loud. Some other people? They like to drive topless .
But those who don't stay abreast of the law may fear that topless driving could potentially rack up a few criminal violations.
What's the bottom line when it comes to going topless behind the wheel?
Although it may not seem like a terribly great idea, it's generally not a crime to drive with no clothes on at all , let alone topless. And though topless drivers do sometimes get arrested, it's typically not for being topless. Usually, the toplessness is just a sign of something more troubling, like being under the influence .
Does that mean that if you're sober, driving under the speed limit, and otherwise obeying all traffic laws, that you can drive topless should the urge arise?
It may not seem fair in this age of gender equality, but if you're a man, you're probably in the clear no matter where you are. If you're a woman, however, you may want to think twice, especially when driving in certain states.
In most states, indecent exposure laws typically only cover (or uncover, perhaps) displaying of one's genitals , and a woman's breasts are not genitals. But some states have enacted laws that particularly mention a woman's breasts.
For example, Utah's lewdness statute makes it a crime to show "the female breast below the top of the areola" in a public place. Though you could try to argue that your car is not a public place, you would still likely be cited for exposing yourself on a public roadway, and have to explain yourself in court.
So before you drop the top behind the wheel, it's probably best to check your state's indecent exposure laws . And if you do get pulled over for driving topless, remember our tips on what to do during a traffic stop -- and that an experienced lawyer is just a click or a phone call away.

On a Sunday morning when many people dressed in their Sunday best were headed to mass, a congregation of a different sort was gathered at Civic Center Park.
Women in six U.S. states are now effectively allowed to be topless in public, according to a new ruling by the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals .
The decision stems from a multiyear legal battle in Fort Collins, Colo., where a city ordinance forbidding women from going shirtless in public has now officially been ruled unconstitutional.
It's an outcome that affects more than just one town. Since the 10th Circuit encompasses six states — Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, Kansas and Oklahoma — the decision means it is now illegal for any town in those states to create a law forbidding public toplessness.
What started as a small-scale fight has turned into a major win for the 'Free the Nipple' movement , a global gender equality campaign that emphasizes women's rights to choose how they display their bodies.
The Fort Collins law received its first blow in February, when the 10th Circuit originally deemed its anti-topless law unconstitutional . The court's ruling determined the law was based on "negative stereotypes depicting women's breasts, but not men's breasts, as sex objects."
In its decision, the court also pointed to nearby cities such as Denver and Boulder, both of which allow women to be topless in public. Neither of those towns had women "parading in front of elementary schools or swimming topless in the public pool," as Fort Collins officials had argued was a risk.
After that defeat, however, the city still had the option to appeal the law or take its issue to the Supreme Court. Fort Collins finally decided against that earlier this month, though, stating it had given up on fighting the law it spent more than $300,000 trying to protect .
"We made a huge impact way beyond Fort Collins, and we were just trying to start a conversation," Brit Hoagland, one of the plaintiffs in the original lawsuit, said of the victory. "And that conversation reached to so many more people. It’s a miraculous achievement I didn’t think I would see in my lifetime let alone so soon."
Andy McNulty, the attorney who argued on Hoagland's behalf, said it was obvious to him that laws like the one in Fort Collins should be considered unconstitutional.
"Any law that says, 'Women are prohibited from...' is unconstitutional and really just intolerable in a society that should treat women as equal to men," McNulty told KGUN-TV .
However, not every case has gone in favor of 'Free the Nipple.' A court in New Hampshire voted to uphold a similar law earlier this year, meaning women in that state could be charged for having their shirts off in public.
The 10th Circuit acknowledged its potentially controversial ruling, noting its opinion in the Fort Collins case was " the minority viewpoint ." Still, Hoagland remains hopeful that this victory can change the national conversation.
"Our win can show that even in other places that there's still hope, and that things can change maybe from a different angle," she said.
