Soft and lightweight but really does the trick. 2 minutes in the microwave and you have long lasting moist heat with a light lavender scent. Has seams to keep the contents from shifting and lumping up. Highly recommend this little beauty.
I like this shoulder wrap. It has a good size and is soft. You have to like a strong scent. I wish the heat would linger a littler longer. Overall a good item.
This was a replacement for one like it that we had used for years. I was pleased to find it was still available. So often when you need to replace something you like it is no longer available. The last one got a lot of use and I expect this one will also.
I have ordered 3 of these so far - Love It! Have ordered other brands - they don't match up. This one smells very good (lavender with a bit of mint - therapuetic but not overwhelming, reminds me of my favorite yoga studio:). The fabric is soft and comfy! The weight of the wrap is just right. The contoured form and seams keep everything in place, whether on my shoulders, or draped elsewhere. First one did get a small leak - but that was my fault. Likely overheated it, or it may have gotten something on it in the microwave that caused small area of damage... now I place on a clean plate to heat. I heat for 2 minutes, and then add smaller increments if I want more heat (depends on your microwave of course). 2nd one was happily "stolen" by my mother-in-law, so I recently bought a 3rd. Perfect for relaxation, sore muscles, and of course warmth! Winters are cold here... I take it to bed with me, and it helps with morning drive to work. Also love using it to walk the dogs - I just place it over my shoulders, under my jacket, and it stays in place:). Will be ordering more soon as gifts!
I buy this product twice a year, and I absolutely love it! The scent is heavenly, although it doesn’t last incredibly long, but that said, it is just what my back and neck need to feel warmed and soothed after a hard day.
i have owned this for quite some time now, and the first few times i microwaved it the lavender scent was nice. but i noticed the more i used it, the smell changed from lovely lavender to black pepper. my boyfriend agrees. it kinda smells awful now so i tend to not want to use it. but when i do, after i get it out of the microwave, i put a couple drops of some kind of oil on it just to distract from the pepper smell. the design of this isn't super comfy but i don't know how it could be improved. my shoulder/neck muscles are always sore, so i didnt expect this to be some amazing miracle healer or anything.
I have ordered 3 …I guess I’m hooked on these comfortable wraps.
It’s perfect for back and neck pain relief! I just wish the cover came off to wash it!

This microwaveable shoulder wrap is filled with peppermint and lavender that release delicious aromatic warmth. Microwave the shoulder wrap, and use its heat therapy for herbal stress relief and to soothe sore muscles. Pop the shoulder wrap in the freezer to chill and let the cold therapy treat sports injuries or just cool you down on a hot summer day. The wrap is designed to conform to the neck, shoulders, and upper back area. It also applies gentle pressure on sore muscles and joints. CARE & USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Heat Therapy: Place in a clean microwave and heat in 30 second intervals with 30 second standing time in between, until desired warmth is achieved. Check temperature before using , wrap should feel warm, not hot to the touch. Do not exceed 90 seconds total heating time. Do not leave unattended while heating. Cold Therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in the freezer overnight. May be left in the freezer until ready for next use. To Wash: Spot clean only. Do not allow fill to get wet.
Never leave unattended in microwave. Do not get grain pack wet.
Warm Use: Microwave in one minute intervals until optimal temperature is achieved. Test temperature before using; it should feel warm not hot to the touch. Cold Use: Place in sealed plastic bag and leave in freezer for at least 6 hours. Wrap may be left in freezer until needed. To Wash: Machine wash & dry outer cover.
