Developer Shopoff Real Estate Investment and Contour broke ground on Friday, July 7, 2022 at the $550 million Dream Las Vegas Casino Resort on Las Vegas Boulevard near Las Vegas McCarren International Airport. New York-based hotel and brand management firm Dream Hotels Group received approval from the Clark County Commission on Oct. 6, 2021, for a 19-story hotel casino planned to be built on Las Vegas Boulevard across Mandalay Bay Resort and Bali High Golf Club near the southern edge of the strip. Developers hope to start construction by the end of the second quarter of 2022 or the beginning of the third quarter of 2024.

The 19th floor, 526 rooms and suite project will offer a more intimate boutique-style experience and will include seven dining and nightlife venues, including rooftop full deck bars and lounges, three featured restaurants, Grab & Go cafes, two game floor lounges and bar concepts, fitness centers, 12 square feet of meeting and event space, and enclosed parking.
