  1. Settings-> app & notification->see all apps->3 dot at top & choose show system-> Android Setup & Pixel Setup(If your phone has that)-> clear cache and data.
  2. RESTART NOW.
Note : There are 2 Android setup apps. Do the same for both.

Now start downloading any app.
