“As with any sex act, you’ll want to talk beforehand about your desires, limits, and concerns in advance,” says O’Reilly. “You’ll want to take steps to relax and get aroused by massaging, kissing, grinding, rubbing, and fantasizing.” In other words, don’t feel like you have to rush right into it.
