Dota right now has massive input lag and bad performance. I don't know how anyone don't complain about it. I did pm to dev, he is not answering.
Dota at the start of the game eats 3.7gb of memory, in the end only 1.5gb, how is it possible?
DotA has had bad memory leaks and particle/spell effect appearing in fog and random places in the map for awhile now. It seems the best thing to do is restart your computer ever few games. The spaghetti code is starting to show it's weaknesses. I wish we got a source 3.0 or a super update that focuses on a total code overhaul so the game can be better optimized. But I assume that takes skill, money, and time both of which valve has shown to not give a single fuck about.
That's right. We need new engine. I did write to dev he responded me sometimes. I even told the dev to make something different the way how they work on dota, lol. We truly need source 3.0.
