It's therefore prone to get stuck on shoes and socks and could not navigate rooms with lots of people well in our tests. It doesn't also come with a camera to look around corners.

Like Ecovacs the range-topping X2 Omni and Roborock's S8 Pro Ultra, the L20 is designed to be a hands-free cleaning machine that can take care of both vacuuming and mopping, with a multi-function dock that automatically empty the vacuum's dust bin, fills its water tank, and cleans and dry its mop pads.
The smart robot utilizes LIDAR and structured lighting to create floor plans and spot obstacles. It can navigate more efficiently than its top competitors. It also comes with a front-mounted camera to detect hazards in real-time, although this wasn't quite 100% foolproof during our tests and was occasionally confused by power cords or other obstructions.
