Don't Buy Into These "Trends" Concerning Item Upgrades
Diablo 4 Item Upgrades
Upgrades to items let players increase the item level of equippable items such as weapons, armor, and trinkets up to a certain amount. They can be obtained at any item upgrader NPC using the appropriate currency.
