Easy to install

This has to be removed before the new cover can be fitted.
After removing the old cover Use a flathead screwdriver in order to pry out the four major attachment clips located on the passenger side of the fob assembly. These are marked in red in the image below. Be aware of the yellow locating tabs that must also be removed.
Replace the old battery with a # CR2032 coin cell battery. The "+" side of the battery should face the fob's opening and the "-" side should be facing the buttons made of rubber.
Reattach the mirror's passenger side cover by aligning the locating tabs. After you've done this then put the fob on the driver's side back into the vehicle and test it. Press the push button located on the back of the key. If everything is working as it should, the parking lights should be on and the doors should automatically lock.
