Donater Community Rules and Conditions
Donater1. What is Donater?
Donater is a community where participants send DNT donations to the wallet of a random participant who also donated, supporting each other and qualifying for donations in the next period.
2. Key Terminology
- Donation Pools: A wallet address for sending donations. This is the address of a random user who donated in the previous period.
- Donation Period: The time range for donations. Only donations sent within this range are counted.
- Donater (DNT): An ERC-20 token operating on the Polygon blockchain.
3. How to Participate and Qualify for Donations?
All donation-related information is published on the Telegram channel Donater. To participate, subscribe to the channel and send donations to Donation Pools. By donating, you enter the draw, and the wallet address used for the donation becomes eligible to become the new pool for donations in the next period.
4. Pools and Donations
There are three donation pools:
- Donation Pool 10 DNT: From 10 DNT.
- Donation Pool 50 DNT: From 50 DNT.
- Donation Pool 100 DNT: From 100 DNT.
Sending a donation:
- Choose a pool: Find the pool information in pinned messages on the channel or click the “Go to Pool” button in any draw notification for the desired pool. In this case, you will be redirected to the pool information message.
Pool information includes two parameters:
- Pool address: The recipient’s wallet address for donations.
- Donation Period: The date range during which donations are expected to this address.
- Transfer DNT to the pool address via a wallet (e.g., MetaMask).
- Ensure the donation amount is greater than or equal to the minimum amount for the pool.
- Send donations only during the period specified in the pool. Date and time are in UTC.
Example: Send 10 DNT to Donation Pool 10 DNT between 06:00 and 18:00.
Each transaction is one donation and one chance in the draw. Amounts above the minimum do not increase chances. Verify the address and amount. Donations outside the period or below the minimum are not counted in the draw.
5. Draws
Currently, 12-hour Donation Periods are used: from 06:00 to 18:00 UTC and from 18:00 to 06:00 UTC (next day). After each period, a draw is held to select the new donation recipient, the pool address.
If no donation transactions occur during a period, the pool address remains unchanged. The previous address stays active until it receives at least one donation in a subsequent draw.
Draws are based on public Polygon (PoS) blockchain data. Any user can manually reproduce the draw to verify its fairness.
Draw mechanism:
1. Obtain the block height (number) at the end of each Donation Period (18:00 or 06:00).
2. Retrieve the block hash.
3. Convert the block hash (without 0x) to a SHA-256 hex string (additional layer of randomness).
4. Convert the first 12 characters of the SHA-256 string to a decimal value.
5. Divide the decimal value by the number of transactions (donations) in the last Donation Period using modulo.
6. The modulo result (remainder) +1 equals the descending ordinal number of the transaction from the last period.
7. The sender’s address of this transaction becomes the pool address for donations in the next period.
6. Verifying Draw Fairness
There are two main ways to verify draw fairness:
- Basic Check: Verifies if the address in the draw notification sent a donation in the last period.
- Detailed Check: Fully reproduces the draw mechanism to confirm its fairness.
Basic Check:
1. Click the “Check Transaction” link in the draw notification and verify the sender’s address of this transaction. If the address matches the one in the notification, the draw is fair.
Detailed Check (step-by-step):
1. In the notification message, click the block number to visit the block information page (e.g., polygonscan.com/block/71937749) or manually search for the block number on polygonscan.com.
2. Find the block hash, usually located at the bottom of the page in the “More Details” section. Example block hash: 0x02432eea2b8fbcdc1913dd5321c9581b3cff8cdbc0daeaa66c12c1dd51efe0e8.
3. Remove the first two characters “0x” from the block hash and convert the remaining string to SHA-256 using an online tool (e.g., https://emn178.github.io/online-tools/sha256.html) or other suitable tools or methods.
4. From the resulting hex string, take the first 12 characters and convert them to a decimal value, e.g., using an online tool rapidtables.com/convert/number/hex-to-decimal.html.
5. Divide the decimal value by the number of transactions (from the notification) using modulo (%) to get the remainder (e.g., using an online tool miniwebtool.com/modulo-calculator or another method). Add one (+1) to the result. This gives the descending ordinal number of the transaction from the last period’s transaction list.
6. Access the list of transactions (donations) for the last period via the “List Donations” link in the notification message. Find the transaction with the ordinal number obtained in step 5. The sender’s address of this transaction is the new pool address and must match the “Winner” parameter in the draw notification.
7. Congratulations! You have verified the draw’s fairness.
7. Rewards
Active community participants are eligible for additional rewards in DNT tokens. A Reward Fund of 600,000 DNT is allocated for this purpose.
Top-10 Participants in Donation Pool 100 DNT:
- Share 2000 DNT weekly (e.g., 200 DNT/address for 10 participants).
- Addresses with ≥2 wins in this pool are eligible.
- For equal wins, the address with a higher total donation amount (over time) in this pool ranks higher.
- Rewards halve annually (2nd year: 1000 DNT/week).
- The list of top contenders for rewards is published on the channel.
Top-10 Referrals:
- Participants with the most points share 2000 DNT weekly (halves annually).
- For equal points, the earlier registered address ranks higher.
- The list of top contenders for rewards is published on the channel.
Every 10th Donation Period:
- Donation Pool 10 DNT: 10 DNT reward.
- Donation Pool 50 DNT: 50 DNT reward.
- Donation Pool 100 DNT: 100 DNT reward.
- Each Donation Period number is indicated in the notification message.
- The bonus is paid while tokens remain in the Reward Fund.
Airdrop:
- The first 10,000 users who register their wallet address via the Donater bot receive 10 DNT.
8. Referral System
