Looking at the reviews of Lovense’s customer service, this can be a little hit-and-miss. People have pointed to slow response times , reluctance to issue refunds or store credit , and completely ignored aftercare requests. It is particularly disappointing for a company that sells products at high price points, and it’s not unreasonable to expect a VIP experience when purchasing a luxury device.
The Lovense Domi 2 mini wand has a beautiful premise. Small size, mighty power, with intelligent controls that you can use from anywhere in the world. In short, the frequent flyer’s dream machine!
However, there are still teething problems that need to be sorted out. This device is entirely reliant on its ability to connect with the app. Connectivity problems render it useless, and for a toy that costs $119, that’s unacceptable. In addition, Lovense seems not to offer a VIP aftercare service in line with its luxury pricing to add insult to injury.
If Lovense can address these issues adequately, the Domi 2 has the potential to be a legendary mini wand. For people who aren’t sure about the price, it’s worth waiting to see how the next version of the Lovense Domi 2 turns out. But if you have the cash to splash, go for it!

Early Xmas gift for the wife. I charged it up, and put it in the nice wrap it came with. She went into the bedroom and removed the fully charged toy from the nice satin looking thing. First time use for wife on one of the lower settings, and it took her 2 minutes flat to climax which she squirted for the first time too. Safe to say she loves it and it has been getting good use already.

After loving the Domi 1 I was curious to see how much of an improvement the Domi 2 would be. Sadly, it’s a downgrade overall. The sizing is very similar to the 1 & the buttons for the controls are actually better here on the 2. But, the real reason to own a Domi is the POWER & the Domi 2 just isn’t as powerful as the Domi 1. I’m assuming mine isn’t defective because it has decent power, just not the “holy sh*t!!!” power that my Domi 1 does. Battery life is improved with this model...so that’s good. But, since the Domi 1 is cheaper & more powerful, stick to the 1!

This is great. It's a little noisy and sounds a little rattly but it's totally worth it. My FWB also picked one up.
