Domain movement in the cytb6f from Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 (petA-strep) revealed by 3D-variability analysis (3DVA).

A range of conformations of the Rieske ISP and cyt f are observed in the Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 cytb6f cryoEM map, the two 'extremes' of these conformations may facilitate electron transfer down the low-potential electron transfer pathway.
