Our mission is literally marriage reformation: to guide biblically-faithful singles to find biblically-faithful spouses, in pursuit of the command that God gave man when he created them: “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and exercise dominion over it.”
This is the basis of our business, and how we measure its success. Not with dollars.
Proverbs 13:12 says, “Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life.” We know, first hand, how devastating a prolonged season of singleness can be. Our founder spent more than 10 agonizing years navigating the uncharted waters of modern online dating.
Our team is taking that experience, with its many frustrations, disappointments, and lessons learned, and we’re combining it with biblical and pastoral wisdom—to build the dating pool and process that you’ve been waiting for.
We believe pursuing marriage locally, through your church and personal networks, should come first.
However, with so many churches and Christians confused on biblical marriage and sexuality, it is increasingly necessary for many singles to look beyond their local context for a godly spouse.
To succeed at this, many godly singles need someone to go the distance for them. Just as Eleazar went the distance for Isaac in Genesis 24, we go the distance for you to connect you with other godly singles.
Our member requirements attract the right people—and repel the rest. They are robust, deeply biblical, and downright offensive to the masses of culturally-conformed Christians who flood most dating sites.
We carefully filter membership applications for frauds, creeps, and those not yet ready to pursue biblical marriage. We require a reference from an elder in a doctrinally-sound church, or from some other de-facto shepherd in the applicant’s life if such a church is not available. We check every application and flag questionable-looking information for a spot-check. We also have extra checks in place for applicants who have been divorced.
Our networking focus is pastors, churches and communities committed to biblical marriage and sexuality. Our aim is to increase faithful tribes, while calling worldly Christians to repentance.
Our straightforward dating manual pops up in your dashboard to guide every step of your online dating process. We lay out a clear biblical path to marriage, and help you navigate the obstacles of modern online dating.
Our articles, podcast, and supplemental discipleship content help sharpen you for mission and marriage. We field questions, interview guests, tackle dating issues, and celebrate marriage.
Dominion Dating was founded by Brandon Durham, in partnership with Lighthouse Digital. At age 36, after 10+ years of online dating, Brandon met his future wife Amanda on a Christian dating site. Receipt of donation & reward, with further instructions, will be sent to your email upon completion of donation. Dating Subscriptions (rewards) may be used by yourself, or shared with others (pending eligibility), and redeemed after August 1, 2021 (launch of Dominion Dating.)
There are no restrictions on eligibility for donating to this project and receiving the rewards offered. To be eligible to redeem Dominion Dating subscriptions (rewards), you must be unmarried, in full alignment with our Member’s Agreement , and able to pass our screening process.
All financial transactions during the months of April thru July 2021 (Crowd Fund) are considered donations and not eligible for reimbursement. Hi,
Has anybody tried this? I’ve always been submissive but never really explored it. I’m a little nervous...are the guys on any online sites mostly genuine? Any recommendations on sites?
