Dolly Parton's plastic surgery transformation
There are so many reasons we all love Dolly Parton (her fashion, her humour, her hair!) and her signature look is just one of them.
Considering Dolly's love of plastic surgery, her appearance has changed a lot over the years, but she looks as incredible as ever today. After all, have you ever seen her without makeup?

Make no mistake about it though, Dolly's face has really transformed over the years and when we went digging through the archives and came across rare old photos of her looking wide-eyed and innocent in her pre-fame days, it was easy to see just how much.
As the years rolled on, she began to get a bit of work done here and there although her face never lost those dramatic cheekbones, bright eyes, or trademark charming grin.

It's hard to believe she turned 73 in January considering how good she looks. Although we have no doubt optional plastic surgery played a part, we have to give some credit to her good genes and ability to stay young at heart - not to mention kind spirit. After all, Dolly has a way of capturing hearts. She left us in awe when she generously vowed to provide $1000 monthly to every family who lost their home in the devastating wildfires that were sweeping through Tennessee in the US. That's truly beauty of the soul, no amount of surgery or makeup needed there.
But back to her appearance. Dolly has admitted to numerous cosmetic procedures including breast implants, a brow lift, a face lift, eyelid surgery, chin augmentation, and rhinoplasty (a nose job). Whether you agree or not that those tweaks were necessary, they've all contributed to her unmistakable appearance today.

Unlike female actresses of her age, she still dolls herself up for events and take pride in her shapely figure. Everyone knows that her boobs are the main attraction of her appearances. Her face still looks tight and smooth. One of the most difficult things to do when you look at Dolly Parton’s pictures is trying to spot a wrinkle or imperfection. She has done such a thorough job that her face looks almost perfect.
With her long career in the music industry, it makes sense for us to take a look at how she has changed over the years. Boobs aside, let check out her facial changes over the years:
Dolly Parton 1970 – 1972 – She burst onto the scene with her trademark full body explosive hairstyle and her trademark smile. She has maintained her style till today.

Dolly Parton 1976-1977 – Looks like Dolly Parton has not changed for the last 7 years! She looked to have gained a bit of weight in 1977 but her facial features is all the same. Absolutely no signs of aging or plastic surgery at this point.

Dolly Parton 1980-1983 – Still with the same infectious smile. Dolly Parton looked stunning througout her career. Who styles her hair? Always consistently puffed up and yet in perfect shape!

Dolly Parton 1987-1994 – In the photos you can see that some fine lines are starting to develop, especially around the mouth and cheeks. And there is this ever slight change in her nose shape.

Dolly Parton 2001 to 2010- From the first image, you can see that Dolly Parton has not aged from 1994 to 2001. That is an amazing whopping 7 years without much signs of aging. However, by 2010, her face is starting to look slightly artificial. The lower part of her face seems to be reshaped to created a sharper face.

Dolly Parton 2012 to 2015 – From 2010 to 2012, Dolly Parton’s eyelids seem to be too heavy. There is this tightness in her face that suggests possible facelift. The photo in 2015 shows some distinct lines at the side of her face which can mean multiple facelifts was performed. Her neck has also started to show severe wrinkles. Time for a neck life perhaps?

There is no doubt that she has undergone breast augmentation. Dolly till today has no saggy skin and no crow’s feet around her eyes. What’s amazing is that Dolly has almost no eye bags which is rare for a woman of her age.
The lack of wrinkles around her eyes might be due to eyelid surgery and eye brow lift. Both are painful processes that might result in headaches in the recovery stages. It takes a very brave woman to go through the process and pain in exchange for beauty. Dolly Parton definitely is a courageous woman to undergo so many surgical procedures.
Another area of her face that never goes unnoticed is her lips. During her younger days, her lips looked much thinner. But as she grew older, her lips look puffier and thick. This is very likely due to the injection of lip fillers to boost the sexiness of her lips.
One of the distinct features of Dolly Parton’s face is her nose. Rumours has it that she had an overdose of plastic surgery on her nose. But the result is still a very presentable nose, though not looking very natural. Dolly Parton’s nose still fits her face shape.
As you can see, most of Dolly Parton Plastic Surgery is to make Dolly into a sex symbol and increase her sex appeal. Her love for youthfulness is her driving force.
