PRINCE Harry tucked into a fancy lunch at an exclusive Hollywood club with billionaire philanthropist on the Queen's 95th birthday.
The Duke of Sussex is said to have had lunch with the 81-year-old heiress at the exclusive San Vicente Bungalows - 24 hours after returning to LA to be with pregnant wife Meghan and son Archie.
Harry was expected to begin a 10-day quarantine in California - a Covid guideline which is not compulsory in the US - but was spotted by diners at the upmarket venue.
It is not known if the Duke of Sussex has received a Covid vaccination but this would excuse him from self-isolation.
The club is favourite haunt of some of LA's richest and most influential people and has a strict ban on photographs and mobile phones to ensure privacy for its guests.

MEGHAN 'OVER THE MOON' TO HAVE HARRY BACK
Meghan Markle is said to be "over the moon" to have Prince Harry back home in the US.
“Even though Harry and Meghan were in constant contact during the trip, Meghan is over the moon to have Harry back home,” a source told US Weekly.
Their son Archie was said to be "super excited" as well, after Harry returned to their California home having attended the funeral of Prince Philip.
"Archie got super excited when he saw his daddy again!” the insider revealed. “He couldn’t stop smiling.”
HARRY 'WILL NEVER HEAL ROYAL RIFT AS LONG AS HE'S WITH MEGHAN' - COMMENTATOR
Prince Harry "will never heal the rift with his family as long he's with Meghan Markle," a royal commentator has claimed.
Carole Malone said: "The fact is Harry will never reconcile with his family as long as he’s married to Meghan because I don’t believe she’d allow it. She needs to keep Harry isolated and apart from his family to keep control."
She added: "She adds "I think this feud suits her. It suits her that her Harry is an ocean and thousands of miles away from family and friends from his “past” who may try to influence his thinking and persuade him that jacking in royal life was a mistake."
Oprah Winfrey has insisted Meghan Markle was “truthful” in her interview and that she didn’t realise the “racist” claims would be so impactful.
The talk show host was surprised the Duchess of Sussex “went all the way there” by accusing a royal of racial bias towards her son.
And now Oprah has opened up about the bombshell chat she conducted.
The 67-year-old told Nancy O’Dell’s TalkShopLive show: “I had no idea that it would have the reverberating impact that it has had and continues to have. I did a lot of preparation for that.
“Our shared intention was the truth. They wanted to be able to tell their story and tell it in such a way that allowed them to be as truthful as possible.”
REUNION OF 'FAB FOUR' UNLIKELY AS 'SO MUCH HAS HAPPENED' SAYS ROYAL EXPERT
A reunion between Harry, Meghan, Kate and William is unlikely going to happen anytime soon, a royal expert has said.
Kate Nicholl told ET that the return of the "Fab Four" is likely not to happen at the moment.
"I think the idea of seeing this reprisal of the Fab Four - Harry and Meghan, William and Kate - is really so far down the future," she said.
"It's almost quite hard to even envision it at the moment. So much has happened.
"There is so much hurt on either side."
WHICH OTHER CELEBRITIES LIVE IN MONTECITO?
The Sussexes are not short of star-studded company in Montecito, with a large number of famous and wealthy neighbours.
Meghan's friend Oprah Winfrey is among those in the area, along with fellow chat show star Ellen DeGeneres.
There are enough actors to go round as well with Bruce Willis, Tom Cruise, John Cleese, John Travolta, Owen Wilson and Steve Martin nearby.
And then if Meghan, Harry or Archie want some professional sporting training and advice, they could call upon golf legend Fred Couples or tennis aces Mike Bryan and Jimmy Connors.
WHERE DO HARRY AND MEGHAN LIVE NOW?
Meghan and Harry moved once again, this time getting their own place as they begin to settle to life in USA.
And they didn't go cheap, nor small - splashing out over £11.5million ($14.65m) on a beautiful mansion in the Montecito neighbourhood in Santa Barbara, California, in June 2020.
The mansion comes with huge lawns, a tennis court and an outdoor swimming pool, while Meghan has held zoom video calls throughout lockdown, offering glimpses of the inside of their new home to fans.
Estate agent Brett Buschborn revealed that there is a "steam room, massage room, sauna, Jacuzzi, full bar, arcade and one of the most amazing wine cellars and that was just the basement."
Although the couple took out a mortgage on the property, it is expected to cost them at least £30,000 a month in repayments, along with general utilities, cleaners and security which all do not come cheap.
MEGHAN JOKED 'WE'RE ALL MOVING TO SCOTLAND' AFTER DISCOVERING NATIONAL ANIMAL
Meghan Markle joked "we're all moving Scotland" after finding out the national animal was a unicorn.
In a 2016 Dave interview Meghan was asked several questions about her knowledge of the UK.
When asked what the national animals of England, Wales and Scotland were, the future Duchess of Sussex said: “Am I supposed to know that?"
When told the national animal of Scotland was a unicorn, she said: "It's a unicorn?!
OPRAH INSISTS MEGHAN WAS 'TRUTHFUL' IN INTERVIEW & SAYS SHE DIDN'T REALISE 'RACIST' CLAIMS WOULD BE SO IMPACTFUL
Oprah Winfrey has insisted Meghan Markle was "truthful" in her interview and that she didn't realise the "racist" claims would be so impactful.
The talk show host was surprised the Duchess of Sussex “went all the way there” by accusing a royal of racial bias towards her son.
WHAT DID HARRY AND MEGHAN TELL OPRAH ABOUT THEIR SECOND BABY?
Meghan and Harry revealed the gender of their second child during their interview with Oprah, telling the chat show host they are expecting a girl.
The Duchess of Sussex, 39, told the chat show host, 67, that they chose to find out if the latest addition would be a boy or girl - rather than wait like they did with Archie.
Oprah asked Harry how he felt learning he would have a daughter, and Harry gushed: “Amazing. Just grateful.
“To have any child, any one or any two, would have been amazing. But to have a boy and then a girl, what more can you ask for. We’ve got our family—the four of us and our two dogs.”
Meghan was asked if their upcoming child would be their last, reaffirming: "Done. Two is it."
WHEN IS MEGHAN AND HARRY'S SECOND BABY DUE?
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are expecting a new addition to their family of three as they announced in a statement on February 14.
The couple said: “We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to be expecting their second child.”
Although there are no specifics on her due date, Meghan revealed to Oprah Winfrey in their interview that the baby would be due in the summertime.
Crunch talks between Prince Harry and senior royals have been put on hold because of constant leaks “from the Sussex side”, The Sun can reveal.
No “meaningful conversations” have taken place since the Duke of Edinburgh’s funeral last week.
And sources say aides still harbour deep misgivings about any future clear-the-air discussions with Harry.
PRINCE HARRY SPENT QUEEN'S BIRTHDAY 'DINING WITH LA PHILANTHROPIST WALLIS ANNENBERG'
Prince Harry reportedly dined with LA billionaire Wallis Annenberg at an exclusive Hollywood club on the Queen's 95th birthday after flying back to the US the day before.
The Duke of Sussex is said to have had lunch with the 81-year-old heiress and philanthropist at the exclusive San Vicente Bungalows - 24 hours after returning to LA to be with pregnant wife Meghan and son Archie.
Meanwhile, the Queen spent her 95th birthday alone as she mourns the death of her husband Prince Philip.
Harry was expected to begin a 10-day quarantine in California - a Covid guideline which is not compulsory in the US - but was spotted by diners at the upmarket venue. It is not known if the Duke of Sussex has received a Covid vaccination but this would excuse him from self-isolation.

MEGHAN & HARRY WORRIED ABOUT NEW BABY AS ARCHIE GETS ALL THE ATTENTION, ROYAL INSIDER SAYS
Meghan and Harry are said to be worried about how their son Archie will be when their second child arrives, an insider has said.
“Archie knows he’ll be a big brother soon and is very excited to help," an insider told US Weekly.
The source added that his parents "are a little worried now that they will have two kids around versus just one".
As a result, the couple is “trying to give Archie all the attention he can handle right now".
Kate Middleton's uncle has called Meghan Markle and Prince Harry "muppets" and said their bombshell Oprah interview made him "livid".
Gary Goldsmith, younger brother of Kate's mum Carole, said he didn't "believe a word" of the tell-all chat last month and there was no need for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to "betray" the Royal Family.
Referring to Meghan and Harry as "those muppets" and the Duchess of Cambridge as "our Kate", the proud uncle told the Daily Mail he was left livid by the interview.
KATE & MEG ‘VERY DIFFERENT’, SAYS INSIDER
A royal insider has claimed that Kate Middleton found Meghan Markle “intimidating” and the pair are “very different”.
The source told the Express: “They were not only very different women with very different personalities but very different women who came from very different places.
“Kate spent 10 years as a girlfriend learning the ropes.
“Everything happened much more quickly with Harry and Meghan, who entered the royal scene with her own fully-formed ideas.
“I think Kate found her quite intimidating.”
HARRY ‘BARELY ACKNOWLEDGED’ BY SENIOR ROYALS AT FUNERAL
Prince Harry was barely acknowledged by certain members of his family at Prince Philip’s funeral – including Princess Anne, Prince Edward and Sophie Wessex, it is claimed.
It is said that some members of Harry’s extended royal family “did not acknowledge him before or during Philip’s funeral service.”
It is thought that tensions are still running high in the aftermath of Harry and Meghan Markle’s bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey.
A source told the Daily Mail: “There is a deep sense of protection towards the Queen and resentment towards Harry. There is little sympathy for him after what he and Meghan said on Oprah.
“They [the royals] are still very upset. They are putting on a united front for the Queen. They all think he has behaved appallingly.”
EUGENIE ‘FELT HURT’ BY OPRAH INTERVIEW
The Daily Telegraph’s Camilla Tominey has alleged that Eugenie and Beatrice have felt hurt at the actions of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry in the past.
She claims the Sussexes took a swipe at the sisters on their personal website, Sussexroyal.com, last year, when they noted there was a precedent for “other titled members of the Royal Family to seek employment outside of the institution”.
Both York sisters are employed, with Beatrice working for a tech start-up while Eugenie is a director at an art gallery, however, neither have lost use of the HRH status, unlike Harry and Meghan.
MEG & ARCHIE ‘SPOKE TO QUEEN’ BEFORE FUNERAL
Meghan Markle and her son Archie spoke to the Queen before Prince Philip’s funeral on Saturday, insiders claim.
“Meghan and Harry have been in touch every day. She knows the trip to England has been difficult for Harry,” a source told the magazine.
“He didn’t want to leave Meghan and Archie alone. Meghan has insisted to him every day though that they are fine. She hasn’t wanted him to worry.
“Meghan spoke with Harry before his grandfather’s funeral. Meghan and Archie also spoke with the Queen earlier this week.”
MEG & HARRY ‘COULD ACCIDENTALLY TOPPLE ROYALS, AUTHOR CLAIMS
A royal author has claimed that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry could “accidentally topple” the Royal Family.
Anna Pasternak told Vanity Fair: “The Sussexes have sparked something so fundamentally incendiary in this country that it is changing the face of Britain, and I think the monarchy as an archaic institution may well topple.”
She also claimed that Prince William and Harry are like “wounded animals” – and there is still “an awful lot of hurt” on both sides following the bombshell Oprah interview.
Prince Harry will struggle to “heal the wounds” with his family as Charles and William fear any conversations they have with him will “immediately leak”, an expert has claimed.
Royal commentator Phil Dampier said it will be difficult for Harry’s loved ones to speak openly to him after details of private conversations appeared in the press.
Mr Dampier said: “One of Charles and Williams’ big fears is that whatever discussions they have with Harry are immediately leaked.
“They will be worried that if they get into any great detail, the next thing they know it will be out in the public domain, which makes it extremely difficult to heal the wounds long-term.”
ROYALS ‘HAVE MISGIVINGS’ ABOUT CLEAR THE AIR TALKS
They point to a flurry of articles in the US within hours of his return to California.
And they have become increasingly alarmed at the speed at which details of private family exchanges have emerged.
On Wednesday, US magazine People carried intimate details of a private phone call between Meghan, one-year-old son Archie and the Queen ahead of Prince Philip’s funeral.

BBC DEFENDS PHILIP FUNERAL COVERAGE
THE BBC has defended its coverage of the Duke of Edinburgh's funeral after being hit with complaints.
The Corporation devoted almost four hours to the event on April 17, led by broadcaster Huw Edwards, which was watched by an average of almost seven million people.
The broadcaster said: "The funeral of HRH The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, was a significant event which generated a lot of interest both nationally and internationally.
"We acknowledge some viewers were unhappy with the level of coverage given, and impact this had on the billed BBC One schedule.
