The D series allows for a push pull configuration on the top 360mm radiator while the D only allows for either push or pull (3 total fans with radiator). I prefer the glass case because it looks a bit nicer and has slightly better panel quality. That said, I have the fans to do the build in either (13 total fans 🥴).

with how much cooling (radiators) you have, a non-push-pull config will be just fine and you should still be able to run the fans low enough to keep things cool and quiet. which fans do you like the look of the most? Think about the fan housings vs. the blades because fans will be spinning all the time.

A pull fan works by decreasing the air pressure in the radiator, whereupon the atmosphere rushes in to replace the removed air. In essence, a pull fan decreases the number of air molecules behind it. A pull fan forces extra air into the radiator, increasing the number of air molecules to carry the heat out. A simple question will support this.
The reasons you might want to do that anyway include fitment (if the radiator is wider than 143mm it doesn't fit next to the panel), to protect the cables (otherwise a fan guard is probably necessary), or for aesthetics (maybe you have RGB fans you want to see through the front panel).

The offset and short shroud eliminate dead spots in the center of the fans. If you use hi pressure fans in push it makes a lot of turbulence across the radiator surface - better to use them as pull.
