Medicines that interact with Cialis may either decrease its effect, affect how long it works for, or have less of an effect when taken with Cialis. An interaction between two medications does not always mean that you must stop taking one of the medications; however, sometimes it does. Speak to your doctor about how drug interactions should be managed.
Common medications that may interact with Cialis include:
In addition, taking Cialis with too much alcohol can lead to orthostatic hypotension, which is a drop in blood pressure when you go from a sitting or lying down position to standing. Symptoms include a headache, dizziness, or fainting when standing. Antacids, such as magnesium hydroxide or aluminum hydroxide may also affect the absorption of Cialis. Grapefruit juice may also increase the side effects of tadalafil.

I have been on medication (20mg Lexapro) for over one month and I find it difficult to become erect whilst initiating sexual activities with my wife. The medication also makes it very difficult (most times not all) to climax. If I were to use Cialis. Would this assist with climax or mainly the erection?
There is research from GB that Cialis can help with Climax and Orgasm. For me the best time to climax is when testosterone is naturally highest (2am to 9am) and I have just taken Cialis (2.5-5mg). I notice that when my testicles are noticeably enlarged and tight to the body, and my glans is greatly swollen and the rim and girth greatly enlarged, feeling tingling about the body--the likelihood I will orgasm is highest.
Hi, I want to let you know right away that I am a female but can completely relate to the situation and was also a pharmacy tech for a while. I just recently started Lexapro again after about 10-11 years off of it. I was put on Lexapro for Generalized Anxiety Disorder and also put on Klonopin (clonazepam). I started realizing almosy immediately(10 years ago) the inability to climax during intercourse. I thought it was issues with husband and put it off. After letting my body adjust to the medication and still not being able to climax I asked my psychiatrist and ob/gyn about it. Apparently it is a very common side effect with men and women taking Lexapro. My husband experienced the same issue while taking Effexor. I would assume, since Cialis works basically by redirecting bloodflow into the penis and not formulated to affect orgasisms, that it would only end up improving the ability to get and keep an erection. Hope I was of some help.
Cialis will help weaken the arteries in your pens, allowing blood to flow to the area WHEN sexually stimulated. 70 percent of men also achieve orgasm, while another 19 percent achieve orgasm, but with some difficulty. So, it should help you in both areas.
I'm a woman, and my Dr. gave me samples (it's not something I can fill at a pharmacy). Despite not being made for women, I was able to achieve orgasm multiple times when ordinarily my antidepressant leaves me feeling... numb, I guess is the word.
So, I can say from personal experience that the pelvis felt warmer and more receptive, but more importantly, I could actually feel stimulation when normally I can't.

“Brand name versus generic.
I have always had great success with brand name Cialis. Just one 5mg tablet works for 5 to 7 days. Now that there geriatrics available the price is way down but look out for fakes. My first generic priced was Prasco brand. This is made in the USA by Eli Lilly. It's the same stuff as brand name. Even the egg shaped tablet is the same with the C5 stamp and it works well.
Than a pharmacy refiled my script with BurelPharma brand. This 5mg Tadalafil tablet is smaller and an oval shape. Their imported by Burel pharma a US middle man. The actual manufacturer is Aurobindo in India.
Do not buy these or accept them. they are absolute junk. They do not even work at twice the dose! I made the pharmacy refund the purchase.”
