“I was doing paperwork on a transfer last night. About halfway to the receiving hospital, I heard my patient start grunting.
I looked up from my paperwork just in time to see my patient, pants around the ankles, diaper around the knees, perfectly urinating into his own face.

Grossest thing I’ve seen was a body that had been sitting in the morgue for like 5 months.

“18-month-old intact male Dalmatian, living with an intact female (show home). The dog was clinically normal until the female came into season, at which point he became suddenly paraplegic. As soon as the female was out of season, he was back to normal. Clinical and neurological exam was unremarkable.
We decided to expose him to another female in heat, and lo and behold, he became paraplegic within a few minutes, with the neurological exam indicating a lesion in the lumbar chord. Took the female away, and he was back to normal within a couple hours.
We did a myelogram (dating the story here) and found a small mass at the right place, but nowhere near big enough to explain the symptoms. The owner insisted on surgery anyway, so the mass was removed, and the dog was cured after that.
The mass was then sent in for pathology, and it came back as an ectopic piece of Corpus spongiosum: a piece of penis where there shouldn’t be any.
Basically, the dog was getting erections inside his spinal canal, and the pressure on the spinal chord caused the symptoms, which were reversible when the stimulus went away.
Truly one of the weirdest things I’ve ever seen.”

Okay so I went in for a physical since I've been having some aches in my lower testicle area. My mom was worried so she insisted on me going even though I hate physicals. I’ve never had sex or anything like that so I know its not like any kind of std. So I went in not knowing it was a female doctor performing the physical check up. I was stunned cuz up until that moment I found out women perform physicals on males (I thought it was same sex physicals all my life). She must have been in her early 30s, average in looks but pretty cuz of the blonde hair and eyes. I was so embarrassed when I had to pull my trousers off. I had a rock solid boner! At first I thought this was something really bad, like you'd been sexually assaulted, but now after reading your comments to other people I'm not so sure. The part about "massaging" and "rubbing" the head of your penis sounds... weird. I mean, it's possible that they might do a fast visual inspection and they MIGHT touch any areas that looked suspicious, but the fact that you went in for testicular pain and you claim that she massaged and rubbed you is very odd. I've had plenty of annual physicals (by both male and female physicians) and all they've ever done is the standard hernia test (they cup your balls, "cough to the left, cough to the right") and a short testicular exam. There's two possibilities here: 1. You were taken advantage of. We'd have to hear a lot more to know how possible this is. 2. She performed a routine exam, something you are not accustomed to, and the routine physical stimulation was enough to cause you to orgasm. She sensed that you might orgasm as a result of her examination and knew to grab a cup for faster cleanup. For the people that are claiming she was intentionally trying to take a semen sample, this is not how that's done. Come on, people; doctors are not sex workers.

Well, I'm going to google this to see if it's common or if it's malpractice or what, but if you had an erection and she was trying to see your response to stimuli in the penis, then it makes sense that you came. And I don't think you needed to apologize for having an erection since she has plenty of other male patients and it probably happens a lot. The cup thing sounded weird to me, but she was probably just being prepared.
By the way, I was just reading some of the comments, and you said that you signed some papers without fully reading them. I am going to tell you to never do that again. ALWAYS read what you're signing--you never know what you're in for otherwise.
Okay, so I just read a PDF about what to expect at a sexual health exam for males, and one of the things that it said to expect was the doctor looking at your genitals and even feeling them to see if there's anything unusual going on. So it's probably all good. I don't know how good of an exam she could have gotten since you had an erection, but hopefully it's good enough to know you're (hopefully) healthy.
No, your a girl so I can understand your confusion I've had many physicals. The doctor never once touched my actual penis, they touch your balls everytime for a "cough test" but what he just described doesn't sound right to me at all.
If there is a problem with the genitals, then the doctor will check the genitals. And that will include the penis. It does NOT include stroking the head, of the penis. It does not include causing you to ejaculate and having a cup to collect it. (If they need ejaculate they give you privacy and have you get it yourself) And they do not come in and have you remove your pants. They have you change to a gown before they come in. This whole story is just one big fairy tale.
@RedArrow what you say makes sense. I totally forgot about the stroking if the head part. Genital exams do include the entirety of the genitals, but if the doctor was just stroking the head, then that would be a little weird. Actually, now I'm thinking this story could be in Penthouse Letters or whatever. Anyways though... I am female (and a girl) so I wouldn't know too much of this, so @Longblackveil was right about that.
Well, considering it was a teenaged virgin boy no doubt loaded down with hormones, and what he described as an attractive woman (the doctor) . . . what he says was 'stroking" was probably more like five seconds of touching it to see if it was normal. Guys that age can sometimes go off at the drop of a hat. When I was a teenager, I made a boy cum once time because I slid my hand down his pants to play with his penis. Was there a male nurse in the room? Legally they're supposed to do that so that nothing inappropriate happens. I had to have a pap done by a male doctor and they had a female nurse come in "to make sure nothing weird happens". It seems like it was supposed to happen if she was ready to collect it in a jar.
No it was just her in the room. There was a guy nurse doing all the paper work though. It just didn't make much sense how sudden it was. I mean yeah those jars were sitting there before I came in so I guess it was supposed to happen.
I'd call the doctor's office and ask about policy when it comes to collect samples from male patients. I'd also talk to a lawyer. Sounds like something fishy is going on.
There is no legal requirement to have another person in the room. It is good protection against false claims, though. Some doctors will ask if you wish to have a "chaperon" in the room. As I mentioned in another comment here, the doctor does not "milk" you. If a specimen of ejaculate is needed you are given privacy to collect it yourself. This fairy tale is s fantasy.
@Red_Arrow maybe it's just a law involving women then because 2 different doctors in 2 different states told me it's required that a female nurse or doctor is present during a Pap smear if it's a male doing the exam. @Asker either way I would get a lawyer and press charges since this seems to fall under both rape and malpractice.
It may be required by the office the doctor works at, or the parent organization, but I know of no state that requires it. I have had female doctors require another person in the room (although the other person was also female); I have had them ask me if I wanted someone there; and I have had them examine me with without another person there and without asking if I wanted someone there. I have never wanted someone else there (a little embarrassing to have a "witness" to a prostate exam). And I have never been uncomfortable to have a female doctor. (And I have never had any occurrence of improper conduct.)

When she was massaging and rubbing you what type of questions did she ask? That is important to this question. Her touching your head and asking if you felt anything sounds like a true question just to see if there is numbness in your head and loss of blood. circulation.
Usually when you have a procedure done for the first time, they'll explain or walk through what they're doing to you as they're doing it. At least that's what my previous doctors have done. I find it strange that she didn't tell you what to expect before hand.
That sounds unusual for an injury situation that doesn't involve nerve dama damage to prostate or testicles. That's the most part way I hear about here in the states is that if there's not a concern about nerve damage causing sterility or amputation then there aren't too many situations I can think of where the nearest if you can do it yourself unless she's looking for a specific symptomatic conditions or situations to document for making a diagnosis the problem with knowing for certain is that the base of your erection was think your muscles are are hooked into just about every part of the brain that involves motor function reproduction and metabolism so everything's hooked into everything else was hard to know for certain if she was just doing her job or if she was helping herself to some extracurricular handling of your Johnson. That texting just happened has happened to me but I think it's more often than not a doctor or nurse doing something that is unprofessional rather than something that is accepted procedure.

I have been to many doctors. When you go for a checkup involving your personal parts you have to expect to be touched. Your body responds its own way to touch. Don't be embarrassed at a biological function. As you get older you will lose your modesty and it won't really bother you. At your age being embarrased is quite normal. So the bottom line is you are healthy and that's what matters. In the future you can have the doctor stop an exam at any point if you are uncomfortable. Sometimes it is better to go ahead and get the doctors evaluation rather than ignore a potential serious situation.
