Can confirm. I just found that same body. It seems to be missing a face and has a briefcase with it. If I had to guess, we may be dealing with another serial killer. Maybe it'll involve a new weapon like with the infinity 8 killer.
I found it and there was a face. Half of the head was covered with blood anyway.

Could also be to do with the fact all the boats are on sale as well
