User Agreement (for digital goods)

Пользовательское соглашение (для цифровых товаров)

1. Seller's Guarantee

I, the seller, guarantee that the provided product (key, subscription, gift code, etc.) is functional and valid at the time it is delivered to the buyer.

All product details (region, subscription type, restrictions) are specified in the description. If you have any questions - you can ask them in chat.

2. Buyer’s Responsibility

The buyer must check in advance whether the product is compatible with their account, region, device, and platform. If there are any questions, they must be asked before the purchase.

After receiving the product, the buyer is responsible for activating it themselves. If activation is required, please contact your retailer.(This applies to the Keys and Gift Codes section.)

If the purchased product has been received and is fully functional, the buyer must confirm receipt of the product in the “Purchases” section on the platform.

3. Returns and Disputes

A refund is only possible if the code is completely non-functional, supported by a video showing the activation process and system rejection. (And if the seller is unable to provide a replacement.)

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The buyer did not read the description or user agreement;
• The buyer ignored regional restrictions;
• The code/key/subscription has already been activated;
• The issue arose due to account suspension, platform policy violations, or other external reasons beyond the seller’s control.

4. Agreement with Terms

By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read and fully agree with these terms.

1. Гарантия продавца

• Я, продавец, гарантирую, что предоставляемый товар (ключ, подписка, подарочный код и т.п.) является рабочим и действительным на момент передачи покупателю.
• Все данные о товаре (регион, тип подписки, ограничения) указаны в описании. Если есть какие либо вопросы - можете задать их в чате.

2. Ответственность покупателя

• Покупатель обязан заранее проверить, подходит ли товар под его аккаунт, регион, устройство и платформу. Если есть вопросы - задавать их перед покупкой.
• После получения товара покупатель самостоятельно производит его активацию. Если требуется активация - обратитесь к продавцу. (Относится к разделу - Ключей, Гифт-Код.)
• Если оплачиваемый товар был получен покупателем и он полностью работоспособный - покупатель обязан подтвердить получение товара в разделе "Покупки" на площадке.

3. Возвраты и споры

• Возврат возможен только в случае полной неработоспособности кода, подтверждённой видео с момента активации и отказом системы. (И невозможностью предоставления замены со стороны продавца.)
• Возврат не производится, если:
• Покупатель не прочитал описание и пользовательское соглашение.
• Покупатель не учёл региональные ограничения;
• Код / Ключ / Подписка уже активирована;
• Проблема возникла из-за блокировки аккаунта, нарушения правил платформы и прочих внешних причин, не зависящих от продавца.

4. Согласие с условиями

• Совершая покупку, вы подтверждаете, что ознакомились с условиями и полностью с ними согласны.
