Divine Ascent - Privacy Policy

ABOUT THIS NOTICE
Divine Ascent is a single-player mobile game intended for people aged 13 and older. This notice describes which information may be handled while the game is used, what remains only on the player’s device, and which controls are available to the player.
LOCAL GAMEPLAY INFORMATION
The game saves progress directly on the device. This may include the current rank, collected resources, upgrades, achievements, unlocked temple appearances, settings, and tutorial status. Divine Ascent does not use this information to create an online profile, and the game does not require registration or login.
Local progress can be erased with the reset control inside the game. It can also be removed by clearing the application’s storage through Android settings or by uninstalling Divine Ascent.
OPTIONAL TECHNICAL MEASUREMENT
When analytics is enabled, a device or advertising identifier may be handled temporarily to measure general usage, stability, and feature performance. Its purpose is to help identify technical problems and understand how the game functions across devices. It is not used to serve advertisements or assemble a lasting profile of an individual player.
Analytics collection is optional where the game presents that choice. Related analytics records are kept for no longer than 90 days and are then removed automatically.
INFORMATION NOT REQUESTED
Divine Ascent does not ask for a real name, email address, telephone number, postal address, contact list, precise location, financial details, photographs, or health information. It does not support player accounts or accounts created through another service.
SHARING AND COMMERCIAL USE
Personal information is not sold. If an analytics provider processes a limited device identifier on the game’s behalf, it may do so only to provide measurement, performance, and reliability services. The information is not supplied to advertising networks for personalized advertising.
PLAYER CONTROLS
Players may use the analytics choice shown in the game, when available. Android privacy controls can also be used to reset or remove the device’s advertising identifier. Gameplay information can be cleared locally at any time using the methods described above.
Because Divine Ascent has no user accounts and does not maintain account profiles, it does not offer a separate account-deletion request workflow.
YOUNGER USERS
Divine Ascent is not created for, marketed to, or directed at children younger than 13. Personal information from a child under 13 is not knowingly requested. A parent or guardian can remove locally stored game information by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it from the child’s device.
DATA PROTECTION
Appropriate technical precautions are used for the limited information described in this notice. Nevertheless, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
AVAILABILITY IN DIFFERENT REGIONS
The game may be offered internationally. Where a service provider processes limited analytics information in another country, that processing is subject to applicable privacy and data-transfer protections.
NOTICE REVISIONS
This notice may be revised when Divine Ascent features or information practices change. The effective date at the top of the document identifies the latest version.
