If your information does not appear after registering in the UzCSD mobile application, it may be because permission to share your personal data has not been granted in the OneID system.

To resolve this issue:

• log in to id.egov.uz using your Electronic Digital Signature (EDS) or Mobile-ID;

• open the "Personal Data Management" section and grant access to JSC "Central Securities Depository";

• then refresh your information in the mobile application.

Important: We recommend granting permission through OneID before registering in the UzCSD mobile application. Otherwise, the review of your application may take up to 3 business days.
