Ditch the Food Dyes - Stop Your ADHD Child's Bed-Wetting


As a working mom, I didn't have the money to waste on soiled sheets daily. I truly was without enough time to shell out inside the laundry room every evening, either. I bribed my partner, an alcoholic, to quit Coca Cola for just two weeks by agreeing to wash dishes daily. (I was already washing dishes daily, but I allow him to think he was getting something beyond the deal.) I also included acidophiles tablets and kefir smoothies inside diet to cleanse our systems of most those toxic chemicals that we was ingesting in the past.

It was irritating at first to have to read labels at parties. It was disheartening to tell my son and everybody else why we weren't eating cookies with pink frosting and sprinkles.

But, at conference time, 30 days later, my son's first grade teacher declared all his annoying behaviors had stopped. He will no longer experimented with get attention by doing disgusting circumstances to other kids during class. My husband's demeanor changed. He wasn't so mean and nasty all the time. He delayed on the drinking, too. Even I feel a lot more clear headed and patient when I am eating the correct foods.
