Rules for Organizing the Club Space/Private Chat Room
🔸In The Club, you can and are more than welcome to meet and mingle with people of similar interests:
▪️ introduce yourself if you wish;
▪️ communicate with each other: ask questions and share your knowledge and experience;
▪️ spread out valuable information that helped you and could be potentially helpful for other Club members;
▪️ come together for regular MeetUps that are scheduled in advance;
▪️ participate in the forum groups facilitated by a professional peer/group coaching lead;
▪️ be active and invite other distance property owners you know personally — expand the safe space and enrich the community!
🔸In The Club Space, you will find:
▪️ General Chat section: this is the main space for all communications in The Club. Feel free to ask questions, share information, and suggest ideas!

▪️ Rules Chat section with basic rules of the Club.
▪️ Meetup's schedule Chat section: regular Meetups for coming together with like-minded people and sharing their experiences 🤗

✔️ We encourage you not to go into private messages. By sharing information publicly, you can help other members of our community.
⚠️ We default to English for communication in the Chats, but we will not discourage responses in other languages. We will provide instructions on how to use an automatic translator soon.
⛔ To ensure a respectful and positive environment, we do not tolerate aggression, hatred, or unacceptable behavior. Any violation will result in a warning for the first offense and expulsion from The Club for the second offense.
In the case of expulsion from The Club, we will refund the membership fee (when applicable in the future) of the violator in proportion to the time spent in The Club.
General Rules
🔹The Distance Property Owners’ Club (hereinafter referred to as The Club) is created for owners of remote real estate around the world. Whether you use your property for yourself fully or part-time, rent it out, or consider it as an investment project, you are welcome to join The Club.
🔹To gain initial access to the Private Telegram group, you must be invited by existing members and/or founders of the project.
🔹The Club charges a membership fee, as everything in life has a cost. If you do not pay, you are considered a commodity. The Club does not make any money from advertising or commissions from providers of various services for remote property owners. We want to remain independent and create a space for trusting relationships and reliable connections between distance property owners in different countries of the world.
🔹The annual fee is estimated at 500 Euros or 500 US Dollars.
For the first 50 members, the payment of membership fees is postponed for 2 months as a sign of our deep appreciation for your support 🙏.
🔹If a new member decides to stop his or her paid membership in The Club within the first 14 days, we guarantee a full refund of the annual fee, no questions asked.
🔹If a member voluntarily withdraws from The Club at any time after the first 14 days, The Club retains a proportionate amount of the annual fee based on the time of participation.

- Currently, the membership is free. At some point in time, we will discuss it in the community and decide if a membership fee is inevitable :)/makes sense.
