Position: Driver Recruiter Specialist
Location: 📍 Tashkent, Uzbekistan 🇺🇿
Compensation: 💰 Fixed salary $300 + Bonus per recruited driver
✅ Requirements:
* Previous experience in recruiting is mandatory.
* Strong English (American accent required) and fluent Russian.
❌ Not suitable for candidates who:
* Want remote work (onsite position only).
* Have poor pronunciation.
* Are applying for their very first job.
* Cannot work evening/night shifts (5:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
