Stepdeck and Reefer dispatchers wanted: Join Globe Transportation INC in Tashkent!

We're on the hunt for experienced, dedicated and organized Stepdeck and Reefer dispatchers.

What We Need:

- Minimum 1-2 years of direct experience as a truck dispatcher, with a significant focus on stepdeck, flatbed, or specialized open-deck and reefer freight.

- Solid understanding of the US trucking market, geography, and lane optimization for specialized freight.

- Expertise in load securement principles for various types of heavy/oversized cargo

- Thorough knowledge of federal and state Oversized/Overweight (OS/OW) regulations, including permit requirements and pilot car needs.

- Superior negotiation skills to secure high-value freight rates.

 - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus, e.g., Russian).

- Strong analytical and complex problem-solving abilities, particularly for unforeseen route or load challenges.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing multiple urgent tasks.
