🔹What You’ll Do:
🔹 Coordinate and oversee drug & alcohol testing (scheduling, locations, driver notifications;
🔹 Handle permits, forms, and essential compliance paperwork;
🔹 Monitor Telegram/email updates and maintain accurate reports;
🔹 Manage truck files, annual inspections, and company registrations (IFTA, NY OSCAR, etc.);
🔹 Support process optimization and take ownership of key safety tasks.
✅What We’re Looking For:
🟢Previous experience in a Safety Department is required(experience: at least 1,5 year);
🟢Full understanding of safety processes and DOT compliance standards;
🟢Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek;
🟢Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
🚀What We Offer:
• Schedule: 5 days/week, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (summer: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM);
