Fleet Assistants Wanted: Join Globe Transportation INC in Tashkent!

We're on the hunt for 2 experienced, dedicated and organized Fleet Assistants to support our operations.

What We Need:

- Fluent in languages (English and Russian are a big plus!).

- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a logistics and transportation as a fleet officer with a strong emphasis on roadside assistance or breakdown coordination for commercial vehicles.

- Ability to quickly understand and effectively communicate common truck issues (e.g., engine problems, tire blowouts, electrical failures) to drivers and repair shops.

- Demonstrated ability to remain calm, effective, and make quick, informed decisions in high-stress breakdown situations to minimize downtime and costs.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Ability to clearly relay information between drivers, repair shops, and management with empathy and professionalism.

- Strong computer skills and comfortable with software/dispatch/maintenance tracking systems.

- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail for tracking repair progress, vendor communications, and accurate documentation.

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as this role is crucial for 24/7 breakdown support.
