📆 Schedule: 6 days a week
🕒 Shifts (Uzbekistan Time, UTC+5):
- 18:00 PM – 02:00 AM
- 02:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- 10:00 AM – 18:00 PM
🛠 Responsibilities:
- Monitor driver routes in real time using Samsara tracking software to choose the optimal routes.
- Communicate with drivers to provide immediate rerouting support and suggest toll-free alternatives.
- Assist in maintaining cost-effective operations by minimizing unnecessary toll usage.
- Receive and process incoming calls from brokers.
✅ Requirements:
- Fluent English, Uzbek and Russian
- Proficiency in office software
- Basic understanding of U.S. geography and road systems (training will be provided)
- Attention to detail and strong decision-making in fast-paced situations
