- Claims management
- Accident Management
- Insurance Audit Support
- DATAQ, DOT inspections, tickets, citations, court case handling
- IFTA reporting, MCS 150 updates
- Equipment Registration updates (UCR, IFTA, IRP)
- Conducting annual MVR & Clearinghouse checks
- Organizing company safety documents & permits
