Job Title: Dispatch Specialist. Van/PO Dispatcher

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan

No remote option

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years of ONLY DISPATCH experience (candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience will also be considered)

Languages:

• Upper Intermediate English
• Conversational Russian sufficient to effectively communicate with drivers

Salary & Bonus Structure:

• Competitive commission-based salary ranging from 1% up to 2.5% of gross revenue
• Compensation from the lanes will be discussed

Key Responsibilities:

• Special focus on VAN and PO dispatch WITHOUT AMAZON
• Must be able to handle 5-10 active trucks without an assistant dispatcher
• Secure and manage booked lanes (initially), including coordinating with street brokers
• Plan and forecast weekly gross revenue
• Swiftly manage and resolve conflicts with brokers and drivers, preserving a healthy and ongoing broker/carrier relationship
• Maintain clear and effective communication with both team members and external partners

Working Hours:

• Main shift (07:00 to 17:00 Eastern Time)
