Requirements

 Compliance & Documentation:

 • Manage essential driver (MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse) and vehicle (IFTA, IRP, Permits) documentation.

 • Maintain company documents and permits.

• Risk Management:

 • Handle claims, accident reports, and insurance audits.

 • Monitor violations and inspections.

• Fleet Operations:

 • Oversee daily fleet operations for safety and compliance.

 • Manage maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs.

 • Improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.

 • Monitor driver performance and provide coaching.

 • Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations.

 • Maintain accurate records and reports
