Position: Operations Coordinator & Recruiter

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (logistics/trucking preferred)

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate driver recruitment and onboarding (applications, screening, document collection)

- Track truck readiness, compliance, and safety documentation (ELD, insurance, permits, etc.)

- Coordinate maintenance, PTIs, and breakdowns with shops and vendors

- Act as the main point of contact between drivers, dispatch, safety, and external vendors

- Monitor daily fleet activity and escalate urgent operational issues

- Maintain driver files, compliance records, and internal databases

- Prepare basic reports (fleet performance, driver status, issue tracking)

- Manage and update operational dashboards, trackers, and SOP checklists

- Assist in improving internal processes and building scalable systems

Requirements:

- Strong English (written and verbal)

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Basic understanding of trucking operations and safety (FMCSA knowledge is a plus)

- Experience in logistics or recruiting preferred

- Must be willing to complete a short task-based assessment

- $400 – $700/month + performance-based bonus
