Full-cycle hiring (screening, interviews, offers)
Employee onboarding & offboarding
Personnel files and HR documentation management
Contracts, policies, and staff regulations
Probation period tracking
Disciplinary processes and compliance
Exit interviews
Weekly and monthly HR reports
HR support for management and operations
🔹 Requirements
Female
Age: 28–35
Minimum 2 years of HR experience
English: C1 or higher (spoken & written)
Well organized, disciplined, detail-oriented
Able to work independently and follow structure
Logistics / transportation experience is a plus
