The swap procedure is conducted in compliance with applicable laws and international standards. Participants are responsible for ensuring their compliance with the legal requirements of their respective jurisdictions.

3. Accuracy of Information

Participants are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. Everscale is not liable for any action taken based on incorrect or fraudulent information provided by participants.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Everscale does not guarantee the successful completion of the swap for every participant. The procedure is subject to various checks and balances, and swaps may be rejected if discrepancies are found.

5. Limitation of Liability

Everscale, its affiliates, and its team members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) the participant's access to or use of or inability to access or use the swap services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the swap services; (iii) any content obtained from the swap services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Everscale reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time.
