I believe this is the best pen pal + language exchange site so far this year. I've been using it since 2019 and I won't deny it has less fake people in comparison to other pen pal sites I've used. They have the 'activity' (like a twitter feed) where you can connect with people freely and also private messages. You can join group about language and cultural exchange and you can basically make your own group too. This site is also a meeting point for people who wants to connect via Skype and WhatsApp. I love it. Just like any other pen pal sites on the top of this list, ConnectPals is free.
Great site! They have blog which features audios from some ConnectPals users, they have several language groups (you can create one if you like), there are free language courses too. They also have activity feed like that of Twitter. I liked this site so much!
This Penpal + Website is relatively new but I was blown away of how great this website is. At ConnectPals, you can learn languages, share your cultural backgrounds, and find penpals all over the world.

Currently is the best Pen pal website with more than 3 million users and very fast.The interface of Interpals is not corresponding quality of the website and there is no proper app, its really not understandable for a website in the first 6,815 (Alexa Ranking) websites. Interpals has own forum you can get more information and ask questions to others.
