Dirt Orbit Privacy Policy

Effective date: 31 October 2026

This policy describes what data the mobile game Dirt Orbit for iOS and Android (the "Game") processes.

1. Who we are

Developer: Yaroslav Polkanov, contact: appdeveloper20272027@outlook.com.

2. Data that stays on your device

Progress, settings, records and ride "ghosts" are stored only on your device. We do not create accounts and do not send this data to our servers.

3. Advertising

The Game shows ads through the Appodeal platform and its connected ad networks. To show ads and measure their performance, these services may process: the device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Google Advertising ID on Android), IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and operating system information, ad and app usage data, and technical logs.

Appodeal privacy policy: https://appodeal.com/privacy-policy/

On iOS the Game asks for permission to track (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, the advertising identifier is not shared and ads will be less personalised. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete the advertising ID in Google settings → Ads. In the EU you can choose non-personalised ads in the consent window.

4. Purchases

If a version of the Game offers a "Remove ads" purchase, it is processed by the app store (Google Play). We do not receive your payment details. The iOS version has no in-app purchases.

5. Notifications

If you allow it, the Game sends reminders about gifts and the daily challenge. Notifications are created on the device and can be turned off in the Game or device settings.

6. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has shared data with us, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Transfer and storage

Data processed by ad services may be transferred to Appodeal partners in different countries and is stored according to their policies.

8. Your rights

You can request information about your data or its deletion by writing to appdeveloper20272027@outlook.com. To delete local data, uninstall the Game.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always published at this address.
