Agency Operations Director (Remote) - LATAM will be prefferd
We are seeking an experienced Agency Operations Director to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of a growing marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee agency operations, processes, and team performance
* Manage cross-functional teams and ensure efficient project delivery
* Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and operational systems
* Monitor KPIs, team capacity, and overall operational efficiency
* Support leadership in scaling the organization and driving accountability
* Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Requirements:
* Proven experience in agency operations leadership
* Strong team management and organizational skills
* Experience building and improving operational processes
* Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with AI and business automation tools
* Lean Six Sigma certification or experience
* EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) experience
* Background as a Director of Operations, Head of Operations, VP Operations, or similar leadership role
Compensation:
$2,500–$3,500/month (depending on experience)
