Develop and implement the HR business partner strategy to align with the company's overall goals. Lead HR Business Partners, fostering their professional development and ensuring alignment with organizational values. Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws. Drive diversity and inclusion efforts to foster an innovative and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
People leadership experience in a global environment. Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws in different regions. Proven experience in talent management initiatives and change management. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
